VIORANT DEPLOYMENT LAB

# Your AI works. Now make it deployable.

A selective deployment program for founders moving working AI systems into production.

Bring your existing stack. Viorant helps turn the AI layer into portable infrastructure that can be defined, reproduced, and deployed without rebuilding around every environment.

Application takes about 3 minutes. Technical teams only. No rip and replace.

THE PROGRAM

30 days: One system, one agreed production target.

$2,000: Deployment commitment. Becomes production credit when the deployment goes live.

Your stack: Keep your stack. Own the system definition.

THE MOMENT

## The demo is not the problem anymore.

- Deployment depends on environment-specific configuration.
- Models, prompts, tools, memory and policies live in different places.
- Moving cloud or framework means rebuilding part of the system.
- Staging and production stop describing the same thing.
- Nobody can reproduce exactly what was deployed.
- Customer infrastructure requirements appear.
- A buyer wants the product in their cloud, region, VPC or hardware.
- Security starts asking what is running, who changed it, and how it is controlled.

That is a deployment problem. That is where the Lab starts.

YOU BRING

- A working AI system.
- Technical ownership.
- A real production target.
- Existing application and infrastructure.

WE WORK TOWARD

- A structured definition of the AI system.
- A repeatable deployment path.
- One agreed production deployment target.
- Agreed validation and reproducibility criteria.

QUALIFICATION

## Working system. Real deployment. Technical owner.

The Lab sits between self-serve product usage and enterprise sales. It is built for the moment a team crosses from "we can build this" to "this now has to run reliably in a real environment."

Who should apply

- You have a working AI product.
- You are preparing for production, a customer pilot, or deployment expansion.
- A technical founder or engineer owns the architecture.
- Your current deployment is fragile, duplicated, provider-bound, or difficult to reproduce.
- You can allocate engineering time to the deployment.

Who should not apply

- Idea-stage teams.
- Teams looking for Viorant to build their product.
- Generic AI consulting requests.
- Projects without a technical owner.
- Projects with no production intent.
- Teams seeking only free credits or free architecture consulting.

HOW IT WORKS

## From application to production credit.

01 Apply: About 3 minutes. Five short steps about your system, where it has to run, and who owns it.

02 Qualification: We read every application and reply within 2 business days. No calendar until we have.

03 Technical intake: Qualified teams receive a private intake for architecture, targets, and constraints.

04 Deployment Review: A 45-minute working session with your technical owner. Outcome: accept, more evidence, or defer.

05 30-day Lab: One system, one agreed production target, one success contract. Your team keeps ownership.

06 Production credit: When the agreed deployment goes live, the commitment becomes Viorant production credit.

COMMITMENT

## Commit to the deployment, not the consulting.

Accepted teams make a $2,000 deployment commitment. We work with your technical team to turn your existing AI system into a production deployment using Viorant. Once the deployment goes live, 100% of the commitment becomes Viorant production credit.

One standard production deployment target is included. More complex private, customer-controlled, sovereign, or multi-target deployments are scoped separately. A small number of Labs run at no commitment for teams whose deployment gives Viorant a specific strategic validation in return.

| Item | Standard term |
| --- | --- |
| Application | Free |
| Qualification | Free |
| Deployment Review | Free, qualified teams only |
| Standard Lab commitment | $2,000 |
| Production credit after success | $2,000 |
| Credit validity | 6 months |
| Program duration | 30 days |
| Included production targets | 1 |

APPLY

## Apply to the Deployment Lab.

About 3 minutes. We read every application and reply within 2 business days. There is no calendar until we have read it.

The application form is on the page: https://viorant.ai/deployment-lab#apply

Encrypted in transit. No spam, no lists. By submitting you agree to our [privacy policy](/privacy).

NOT A LAB FIT YET

## Start self-serve.

Compose and inspect your system locally in the Hub, read the documentation, and come back when a real deployment event appears.

QUESTIONS

## Before you apply.

**Is the Deployment Lab consulting?**

No. It is a bounded deployment program for a system you already own. Viorant works on the infrastructure that lets your existing AI system ship; we do not build your product.

**What does the $2,000 commitment cover?**

A deployment architecture review, definition of the applicable system components, Helix deployment configuration for the agreed target where supported, validation against the agreed success criteria, and up to 30 days of Lab support inside the agreed scope. When the deployment goes live, 100% becomes Viorant production credit, valid for six months.

**What if we do not qualify?**

You will hear back within 2 business days either way. Teams that are not a fit today are pointed to the Hub, the documentation, and the content that matches where they are. Nothing is booked before qualification.

**Which deployment targets are supported?**

The Lab agrees one production target explicitly, from the targets Helix currently supports. Private cloud, on-premise, sovereign, and multi-target deployments are scoped separately and quoted only after technical feasibility is confirmed.

**Can the Lab be free?**

Occasionally. Viorant waives the commitment for a small number of Labs where the deployment itself gives us a specific strategic validation, for example a first deployment on a target we need to prove or a reusable reference architecture for a market. That is decided by us during qualification, not requested, and a waived Lab carries written obligations in return, such as a case study. Everyone else makes the $2,000 commitment, which comes back as production credit when the deployment goes live.

**Do we have to use Viorant in the deployment?**

Yes. The Lab exists to move your system into production through .vio and Helix, which is why the commitment converts into production credit rather than a consulting fee. Teams that want advice only are not a fit.
