# Viorant Builder Credits Program
## Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms") govern the Viorant Builder Credits Program ("Program"), organized and administered by Viorant Inc. ("Viorant," "we," "us," or "our").

Participation and use of the applicable Viorant services are subject to these Program Terms, the [Viorant Terms of Service](https://viorant.ai/terms), the [Viorant Privacy Policy](https://viorant.ai/privacy), applicable pricing terms, and other applicable service policies.

## 1. Program Overview

JEV is an independently developed AI model provided by TypeSafe. Viorant makes JEV available through its hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration and uses Vercel AI Gateway to route requests to the underlying model service.

JEV generally requires an eligible paid subscription plan with available JEV-eligible credits or purchased JEV-eligible Vio Credits. As a limited exception, the first 1,000 qualifying new users may use the 2,500 one-time Vio Credits included in their standard Free Plan for JEV.

The Program provides permission to use an existing Free Plan allocation for JEV. It does not award additional credits or reserve any fixed quantity of tokens.

At the launch rate of 100 Vio Credits per 1 million input tokens, 2,500 credits represent a theoretical maximum of 25 million JEV input tokens when used exclusively for JEV. Actual capacity may be lower because of billing increments, rounding, other credit usage, and applicable pricing changes. This is an illustrative maximum, not a guaranteed entitlement.

## 2. Eligibility and Participation Limit

To qualify, a user must:

- Create a new Viorant account using an authenticated Google account.
- Meet the Free Plan eligibility requirements and the age and legal-capacity requirements in the Viorant Terms of Service.
- Successfully activate JEV through a supported MCP integration while a Program place remains available.
- Receive confirmation of qualifying participation from Viorant.
- Comply with these Program Terms and other applicable policies.

Qualifying order is determined by successful activation timestamps recorded by Viorant's systems, subject to reasonable eligibility verification. Program status must be confirmed before standard Free Plan credits may fund JEV usage. Account creation, connecting a client, or attempting activation does not guarantee participation.

Each individual may qualify only once. Multiple accounts, false identities, and deceptive methods are prohibited.

The first-1,000 limit restricts permission to use standard Free Plan credits for JEV, not account creation or issuance of the standard Free Plan allocation.

## 3. JEV Access and Eligible Credit Sources

Outside the Program exception, JEV requires either an eligible paid subscription plan that expressly supports JEV, with sufficient JEV-eligible credits, or sufficient purchased JEV-eligible credits.

A Free Plan account may access JEV using purchased JEV-eligible credits without subscribing to a paid plan.

Standard Free Plan credits may be used for JEV only by qualifying Program participants. Users outside the qualifying first 1,000 may not use those credits for JEV, even if their account has a positive total balance.

Purchasing credits or subscribing does not convert existing standard Free Plan credits into JEV-eligible credits. Other complimentary or promotional credits are eligible only where their applicable terms expressly permit JEV usage.

Paid-plan eligibility, credit benefits, and renewal rules are governed by applicable plan and pricing terms. A paid subscription does not provide unlimited usage unless expressly stated.

## 4. Credits and Metering

Eligible new Free Plan accounts receive 2,500 one-time Vio Credits independently of JEV activation or Program participation.

JEV usage is metered against JEV-eligible credits at the applicable published rate. The launch rate is 100 Vio Credits per 1 million input tokens.

JEV does not generate text output tokens, and the current pricing model does not charge for text output tokens. It may return probabilities, scores, classifications, choices, and other non-text-generation results.

Input tokens may include questions, state information, candidate choices, evidence, documents, webpages, and other supplied context.

Usage is recorded in whole credits, subject to billing increments and rounding described in applicable pricing or usage documentation. Available credits do not guarantee request completion or any particular number of successful operations.

## 5. Credit Availability and Permitted Uses

Credits may be used only for services for which their allocation is eligible. Qualifying participants may use standard Free Plan credits for JEV and other eligible services; other users may use them for eligible services other than JEV.

Spending credits on another service reduces the remaining balance. The standard Free Plan allocation is provided once and does not automatically renew or replenish. Credits have no scheduled expiration date, subject to applicable account terms, policies, and lawful restrictions.

Vio Credits have no cash redemption value; cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, transferred, or exchanged between users; cannot be combined or transferred across accounts; and do not constitute cryptocurrency, stored value, or a financial instrument.

Different credit sources may coexist in a wallet and be tracked separately by origin and eligibility. A total wallet balance does not mean every credit may be used for JEV.

## 6. Exhaustion and Further Usage

Once a participant's JEV-eligible Free Plan credits are exhausted, further usage requires purchased JEV-eligible credits or available credits under an eligible paid plan. Users outside the Program must use those paid credit sources from the outset.

Additional purchases are subject to then-current pricing and eligibility. Requests may be refused, delayed, or interrupted for insufficient eligible credits or exceeded service limits.

## 7. Integration and Availability

JEV is accessible through Viorant's hosted remote MCP integration, using Vercel AI Gateway as part of the request-routing infrastructure. Supported clients may include Vio CLI and compatible third-party MCP clients. Vio CLI is not required.

Access depends on authentication, sufficient eligible credits, technical compatibility, security controls, and availability of Viorant, the gateway, and the underlying provider.

Viorant may apply reasonable rate limits and operational controls based on accounts, IP addresses, integrations, or other technical identifiers. Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, technical incidents, legal compliance, or stability.

Participation does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or continued compatibility with any client, gateway, or model.

## 8. Ownership and Third-Party Services

Viorant alone organizes, administers, and funds the Program. TypeSafe independently develops and provides JEV. Viorant does not own or develop the underlying model technology.

Vercel AI Gateway is third-party routing infrastructure. Its use does not imply that Vercel develops or owns JEV.

Viorant operates its hosted MCP integration and administers accounts, billing, and Vio Credits. The Program is not sponsored, administered, or guaranteed by TypeSafe or Vercel unless expressly stated otherwise.

These Program Terms do not create obligations for third parties or modify their separate agreements. Using third-party infrastructure does not eliminate Viorant's responsibilities for its own services under applicable agreements and law.

## 9. Outputs and Limitations

JEV produces probabilistic outputs. Scores, probabilities, classifications, choices, verification or screening results, and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Users are responsible for evaluation, human review, testing, thresholds, and safeguards. Outputs are not professional advice or guarantees.

The Program creates no service-level agreement, uptime commitment, or accuracy or performance guarantee. Access is provided on an "as available" basis, subject to the Viorant Terms of Service.

To the extent permitted by law, Viorant makes no independent warranties about the underlying model's accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, security, availability, or performance.

Liability limitations remain governed by the Viorant Terms of Service and applicable law. Nothing here expands those limitations or excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 10. Data Handling and Vercel AI Gateway Zero Data Retention

Requests may be transmitted through Viorant's hosted integration and Vercel AI Gateway to TypeSafe for processing. Users must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit their content.

Data handling is governed by the [Viorant Privacy Policy](https://viorant.ai/privacy), applicable data-processing agreements, and relevant third-party policies.

According to [Vercel's AI Gateway zero data retention documentation](https://vercel.com/docs/ai-gateway/security-and-compliance/zdr), AI Gateway has a zero data retention policy: it does not retain prompts, outputs, or sensitive request content, and that content is immediately and permanently deleted after requests complete. This statement describes retention at the Vercel AI Gateway layer.

Gateway-level zero data retention does not, by itself, establish zero data retention by TypeSafe or another downstream provider. Downstream retention depends on applicable provider agreements and routing configuration. Vercel offers separate provider-level zero data retention enforcement controls; these Program Terms do not represent that those controls are enabled for JEV unless Viorant expressly confirms that configuration.

Zero data retention for request content does not mean that no operational information is retained. Account, authentication, usage, billing, security, and audit metadata may be retained under applicable agreements and privacy policies.

Except for the gateway-layer policy described above, these Program Terms do not independently promise a particular content-retention period, processing location, training exclusion, or confidentiality protection beyond applicable agreements and policies. Review those materials before submitting confidential, personal, or sensitive information.

## 11. Prohibited Abuse

Users may not circumvent participation, account, authentication, credit eligibility, or technical controls. Prohibited activities include:

- Multiple accounts or identities to obtain additional promotional access or credits.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive registration methods.
- Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or credit-source restrictions.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities, billing errors, or unintended behavior.
- Selling or transferring credits contrary to applicable terms.
- Unlawful use or violations of applicable service or acceptable-use policies.

Legitimate programmatic use through supported clients is permitted within applicable limits. Viorant may take reasonable action against fraud, abuse, or violations under the Terms of Service and applicable law.

## 12. Closure, Changes, and Termination

Viorant may close the Program to new participants after 1,000 users qualify. Other users may access JEV using eligible purchased or paid-plan credits.

The Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances materially affecting its operation.

Program closure, modification, or termination does not, by itself, cancel valid allocated Free Plan credits or revoke existing participants' permission to use their remaining eligible Free Plan credits for JEV. Usage remains subject to account terms, lawful restrictions, pricing, and availability.

Material amendments will be communicated, and consent obtained where required, under applicable law and the Terms of Service. These Program Terms do not, by themselves, retroactively remove rights established by an earlier applicable agreement.

## 13. Pricing and Taxes

Unless different pricing is published, the launch rate applies equally to eligible purchased, paid-plan, and qualifying participants' Free Plan credits. A published rate does not make otherwise ineligible credits eligible for JEV.

Pricing may change prospectively under applicable terms and law. Issued credits retain their credit-denominated balance, but future service capacity may change with pricing.

Users must review applicable pricing and are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and charges arising from purchases or paid usage.

Qualifying participants need not purchase credits or a paid subscription to spend their eligible Free Plan allocation on JEV. Other users must have eligible purchased or paid-plan credits.

## 14. Relationship to General Terms and Privacy Policy

The general terms governing applicable Viorant services are available at [https://viorant.ai/terms](https://viorant.ai/terms). Viorant's Privacy Policy is available at [https://viorant.ai/privacy](https://viorant.ai/privacy).

These Program Terms supplement those documents and applicable pricing and service policies solely in connection with the Program. They do not independently amend the general Terms of Service or eliminate conflicting promises in an earlier applicable agreement.

Access to JEV and supporting services may also be subject to applicable TypeSafe, Vercel, or other provider terms made available where relevant. Nothing here modifies third-party agreements or expands any warranty, indemnity, liability, or service-level commitment under Viorant's Terms of Service.
